STAN DUBIS AWARD<\/h2>\n
Stan Dubis was an outstanding official in basketball and football for many years and was also a member of the Sportsmanship Committee.\u00a0 It was at the end of our sportsmanship meeting in January 1992, that Stan suffered a stroke and died shortly thereafter. It was decided by the committee at the next meeting to honor an outstanding official at the next dinner and to designate this recognition as the STAN DUBIS AWARD.<\/p>\n
